TKO – Two Face Totem
Practice: Designer Toy
Materials: Horselington vinyl base (by EWOK), kit-bashed action figures, repurposed objects, hand-cut sign board, Apoxie Sculpt, acrylic paint, spray paint, magnets
Process: Kit-bashed construction over the original Horselington form, with hand-cut and sculpted elements layered to build armour, headwear, and accessories. Painted in stages to establish colour blocking and surface wear. Magnetic components added to allow a removable mask without disrupting the original face.
Edition: One of one, Private commission
This piece continues the Kwiet Observers universe, expanding the idea of multi-faced guardians acting as quiet stewards of the planet. The layered masks and modular elements suggest observation from many angles, while the worn surfaces hint at time, duty, and restraint rather than dominance.
