Deloitte Canada – National Glass Manifestation Guidelines
Client: Deloitte Canada
Project Context: In-house project at Window Film Systems
Scale: National rollout across multiple offices
Objective
Develop a set of custom glass manifestation guidelines that provide privacy for confidential spaces while complementing interior finishes and maintaining a consistent visual language across Deloitte’s Canadian offices.
Solution
A system of three core glass manifestation patterns was developed in close collaboration with Deloitte Canada’s workplace strategy team and formalised as part of the firm’s national design guidelines. Each pattern was carefully designed to balance privacy requirements with visual refinement, using specialty print finishes to introduce subtle depth and variation without overpowering interior architecture.
Rather than functioning as one-off designs, the patterns were structured to operate as a repeatable system. They were documented and standardised so architects and interior designers working on Deloitte projects across Canada could reference and apply them consistently. This approach ensured visual continuity across offices while allowing flexibility to respond to different spatial layouts and interior finishes.
The resulting guidelines positioned the glass manifestations as a core component of Deloitte’s workplace identity, supporting both confidentiality and a cohesive national aesthetic.
